Car Wash for World Vision 30 Hour Famine

Car Wash for World Vision 30 Hour Famine

When: Saturday, October 22, 2011 from 10 a.m. to noon

Where: Fellowship Church’s Parking Lot

There will be a free will donation car wash being put on by Ferris State University students. The donations collected will go to World Vision (a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice). These students are participating in the 30 Hour Famine, going without food for 30 hours to raise awareness of the more than a billion people around the world who experience hunger every day. Please come out and support the students and the cause.

Welcome Back Potluck

Fellowship Church will soon be kicking off the start of the new Church Education year with a “WELCOME BACK POTLUCK” on Sunday, Sept. 18 following the morning service. The Fellowship Committee will provide sloppy joes, chips and the drinks. Please sign up to bring 2 of your late summer favorites: vegetable/salad/fruit/dessert, so that we’ll have plenty for visitors and new students.
